Solis Ventus is a pack of 30 presets I made for the H90—built around the way I actually use the pedal. You'll find presets for using it as a delay pedal, a delay + reverb combo, a reverb pedal, and a full-on ambient soundscape machine.

I’m a big fan of stacking delays, and this pack leans into that. The delay algorithms on the H90 are just so good—and they really shine when you stack them up. Everything in here is super musical, super usable. Honestly, I don’t think there’s a bad sound in this thing.

Whether you're chasing rhythmic repeats, massive ambient vibes, or just want a solid reverb/delay combo that feels right, there's probably something in here you’ll love. I had a blast making these—and I think you’ll have a blast playing through them.

Important Notes Before You Import:
If you have existing presets, make sure to back them up before loading these. GFI doesn’t currently allow importing individual presets for Solis Ventus, so this comes as a Backup file—and it will likely overwrite your current presets. Also, make sure both SV and SV Studio are fully up to date before importing to avoid any compatibility issues.

FAQ

  • The bundles are in phase. However, once you start trying different combinations, I cannot guarantee all of them will be in phase. Thankfully, phase misalignment is very easy to resolve. Most FOH consoles have a phase reversal switch, and if you're willing to invest, Pinstripe makes phenomenal DIs that can fix it.

  • In my experience, input trim is highly subjective and varies from person to person. I have captures that sound best (to my ears) at +15, but those same captures work at +8.5 in other rigs. Everyone’s hands and setups are so different! I recommend starting at +8.5 and adjusting from there. You should notice a good amount of sustain, and the captures should feel incredibly dynamic. If you’re lacking either of these, increase the trim. If there’s too much compression or gain, lower the trim.

  • Absolutely. Tweak away! Use your ears. If the high notes are a little too harsh, bring the presence down. If lows are too boomy, bring down depth or bass! You have a lot of wiggle room with these.

  • Yep! CLEANWATER PLUS and MAVERICK & GRAND CANYON (PLUS AND STANDARD) are for you.
